Account Registration and Management
2.1 Single Account Policy
Each individual may open only one betdtb account. If the same person holds multiple accounts, we reserve the right to close all such accounts and forfeit any winnings. Multiple registrations from the same device, IP address, or payment method are also prohibited.
2.2 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your username and password completely confidential. You should not share your account details with anyone else. You are responsible for all transactions made through your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify our support team immediately.
2.3 Account Closure
You may request to close your account at any time through the support team. betdtb may unilaterally suspend or close an account for the following reasons:
- Violation of these terms and conditions
- Fraudulent or suspicious activity
- Providing false information

Deposit and Withdrawal Policy
3.1 Deposit Methods and Limits
betdtb currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 — the same limit applies for each method. The maximum deposit limit may change from time to time and may vary depending on account level.
Deposited funds should be credited to your betdtb account immediately. If there is a delay due to a technical issue, please contact our support team.
3.2 Withdrawal Methods and Timeframes
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. The same payment method used for the deposit must be used for withdrawal. Withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes.
Identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed. betdtb may request additional documents for security purposes.
3.3 Fraudulent Transactions
If any transaction appears fraudulent or suspicious, betdtb reserves the right to hold and investigate it. We reserve the right to notify the relevant authorities if money laundering or other financial crimes are suspected.
Bonuses and Promotional Offers
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members are eligible to receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a bonus of ৳1,500, making the total balance ৳2,500. A deposit of ৳22,000 or more qualifies for the maximum bonus of ৳15,000, making the total balance ৳37,000.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times (20x) the bonus amount. This means the specified wagering condition must be met before the bonus funds can be withdrawn. Withdrawals directly from the bonus cannot be made until wagering is complete.
4.3 General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus offer has its own specific validity period — if the conditions are not met within the set time, the bonus will be cancelled.
- Multiple bonuses may not be active at the same time — please refer to the terms of the specific offer.
- betdtb reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.
- In cases of bonus abuse, the bonus may be cancelled and the account may be suspended.
Gaming Rules
5.1 Fair Play Policy
betdtb is committed to ensuring fair play. Our games are operated using certified technology and results are determined impartially. Any attempt to influence game outcomes through artificial means is strictly prohibited.
5.2 Prohibited Activities
- Playing using bots or automated software
- Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage

5.3 Technical Issues
If a technical error affects the outcome of any game, betdtb reserves the right to declare that round void and refund the wagered amount. betdtb is not responsible for any losses resulting from internet connection disruptions.
VIP Program & Cashback Policy
betdtb has five VIP tiers. Each tier offers different weekly cashback benefits:
- Bronze: up to 0.2% cashback per week
- Silver: up to 0.5% cashback per week
- Gold: up to 0.7% cashback per week
- Platinum: up to 1.0% cashback per week
- Diamond: up to 1.2% cashback per week
You may be promoted to a higher VIP tier based on your activity and participation. The final decision on VIP tier assignments rests with betdtb. Cashback benefits are applied on a weekly basis and are subject to specific terms and conditions. betdtb reserves the right to modify the VIP program terms at any time.
Responsible Gaming
